In this project, I began with just an album cover, but then realized it could be turned into a whole CD. I started out by picking out two 18 x 18 pieces of wood and enlarging two photographs, pasting one of either side. From there, I created what I would want my own CD to look like - trying to make it as realistic as possible. Finally, I took two pieces of plexiglass and put them over the photographs. I loved the way it turned out.
Self-Portraits

I've always loved to draw in pencil, so I thought these portraits would be a good chance for that. I found a few favorite pictures of myself, and really tried to work on realism - focusing on shadow and line-making. Overall, I think these turned out well.
SPEAKERS (PLANT/PATTERN PROJECT)

These speakers have a lot of myself in them - from my love for music, to my future in Nashville, TN, and my constant need for road trips and vacations at the beach.
